Consider species, size, age, and behavior. Follow supervision and cleaning instructions. No product is suitable for every pet.

Processing normally takes 2–4 business days, or up to 5 during busy periods. Estimated U.S. transit is 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Available methods and charges appear at checkout. Tracking is emailed when available after dispatch.

Contact us immediately. Changes after fulfillment begins are not guaranteed. Successful pre-fulfillment cancellations have no cancellation fee.

Request eligible returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. Obtain approval before mailing. Customers generally pay preference-based return shipping; confirmed seller errors receive an appropriate remedy without additional costs caused by that error.
